Rose Briscoe

Rose Briscoe is an experienced trial attorney primarily focused on employment discrimination & harassment, discrimination & harassment at schools and other public places, and serious personal injury cases.

Ms. Briscoe is licensed to practice in Missouri, Kansas, New York, and Minnesota as well as the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri, the U.S. District Court of Kansas, and the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community Tribal Court in the state of Minnesota.

Prior to starting a private practice in 2010, Ms. Briscoe served as a Public Defender in the state of Missouri handling a wide range of cases from criminal non-support to manslaughter. She earned an Associate Degree in Legal Studies and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Missouri Western State University, a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Missouri, and a Juris Doctor Degree from Washburn University School of Law.
