Compassion. Experience. Integrity.
With a childhood dream of becoming a lawyer, Attorney Rose Briscoe built her practice from the ground up. But her hard work started long before she opened her law office. Rose attended law school as a single parent while also working full time as a mental health case worker. While earning her law degree, she was a Rule 13 Assistant Prosecutor in Missouri. After finishing law school and passing the bar exam, Rose began working as a Public Defender. Soon after, she took a leap of faith and opened her own law practice and continued criminal defense work in which she represented clients in a wide range of cases, including a murder trial, manslaughter, assaults, burglary, robbery, drug possession, DWI’s, and traffic tickets. She quickly learned the area of family law and was often appointed by the court to serve as a Guardian Ad Litem to make recommendations regarding the best interests of minor children.
After only 5 years in private practice, Rose obtained a $9 million jury verdict on a personal injury case. She has went on to build her personal injury and employment discrimination practice, achieving hundreds of thousands of dollars more in settlements and verdicts for her clients.
Currently, Rose is primarily focused on representing victims of workplace discrimination and harassment as well as discrimination and harassment at school and other public places.
Rose continues to thrive in representing individuals suffering from serious personal injuries due to the negligence of other individuals or places of business.
